I have tried getting in contact with Quicken Chat support. Been waiting for 2+ hours so perhaps can get an answer here.
I currently am using Quicken Premier 2017 and have a BillPay account. If I upgrade to premier 2018 I understand that Bill Pay is included as part of the subscription cost and I must call to cancel current BillPay account and open a new one (less than a user friendly migration to say the least!) I currently have payments scheduled through December 1, 2017. I see a note on Quicken FAQ web site that "pending" payments from the old BillPay will not be paid once it is cancelled. Are the currently scheduled payments that are currently listed as "scheduled" in the current BillPay be considered "pending" or will they be paid if I update and cancel my current BillPay account?
