I received a "special" version of Quicken XG 2007 (Canada) as a result of my participation in a Beta test of XG 2007. Recently, I had to send my computer to HP for repairs and they unnecessarily wiped my hard drive clean. I had backed up all the data files but not programs.
Now, I cannot reinstall XG 2007, I believe because the installer I got will only work as an upgrade and I recently mistakenly threw out my older version of Quicken. Quicken Support has been of little help.
Does anyone have an installation key for Quicken 2005 (Canada) that they don't need any more and that they would be willing to send to anon snipped-for-privacy@hotmail.com ? That way I could download the 2005 program, install it and then reinstall XG 2007.
