Quicken category question 401k withholding

Anyone have any good ideas which 'tax line reporting' I should use for taxes withheld on a 401k withdrawal for both Federal and State?

I don't see an explicit item; closest is 1099-R:IRA (federal or state) Tax Withheld" which is close, but not quite. (The tax info for both a pension and a 401K is provided on a 1099-R, maybe this is the best?)

Didn't you get a 1099-R from the investment holder ?

Ken, I might not have been clear in my question. This isn't a tax nor a TurboTax question, it's what Quicken tax line item to assign the withholding of a 401K withdrawal against when recording the Quicken transaction. Nothing to do with receiving a 1099-R at tax time!
