Has anyone used the Quicken Data Converter to convert their MS Money files into Quicken?
I used the program and it convert all of the files, with just one problem, all of the Payee's fields contained N/A. When I look at the input files, the Payee fields contain valid data. So the problem must be with the convert utility.
I chatted with tech support. They suggested turning off the anti-virus and firewall. (Standard response from support when they do not know what is wrong.) Naturally, this did not work. They finally said that there was not support for this product. I guess that they really do not want people converting.
Has anyone seen this problem? Any suggestions?
