No.
The basic location of your Quicken data is in a file (actually, several files) on your pc.
Depending on what features you use (such as the Mobile app), and what download method you use (Express Web Connect), some of your data may also reside "in the cloud".
In the past Quicken has offered online storage for your Quicken backups - but that is optional and costs extra. I believe the Quicken Online Backup facility will no longer be available after December 31, 2017.
