One Step Update can't complete Qkn Cloud update

Running Qkn Premier R20.15 Build 27.1.20.15, on Windows 10 PRO PC
Subject matter says all. Summary only shows, in red, "Errors during Quicken Cloud sync".
Once only it had a link to see details but that just led to the summery and error message.

WOW! Have been using Quicken since the era of quills and inkwells and I never knew about Help/Log Files.
On the down side, I can't read (= understand) the log file contents (in Cloud Sync Log), so I better get with Quicken support and see where that leads me. Will post any progress/results for edification of group . THANKS!!

Quicken Support suggested successful actions, involving Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts > Reset your cloud data . YES
All is well now.
