I decided to try Quicken H&B 2008 since there was a copy available on eBay for $12.00.
I finally re-setup my one-step update (including the vault. Unfortunately the information presented while it is running is not the same as that included in the summary report.
I have one American Express account and my wife has two. It shows a connection and download for each of us during the process but at the end only reports that my account was downloaded. It does not show my wife's at all.
I have a Chase credit card. During the one step update process it shows a error for Chase and continues with the rest of the downloads. When it finishes it does not show Chase in the summary report at all.
Is it just the Summary report that is broken or is it One-Step Update?
