QD 2008 - One Step Update Summary

Has anyone been sucessful in getting this to go away?

I have QD set to automatically download transactions early every morning. Despite the fact that I've checked the "Show this dialog only if there is an error message", the first thing I see when I fire up QD is the stupid summary box. And no, there weren't any errors...

Robert:

I'm using Q2008 H&B, the dialog box almost often shows up for me even when there are no errors (with the "Show on if errors" box checked) I think it's because I have scheduled transactions to be accepted. Could that be your case as well?

I suppose that depends on how you define "errors".

Yes - most definitely there are transactions to be processed - but those are indicated next to each account name. I don't need a status window that shows there were no problems downloading them - especially when there is a check box that says "don't show this".

If you've never checked the box to update Quicken.com during One Step Update, then I suspect the kb article doesn't apply to you.

If you ever checked the box without data to update at Quicken.com, I believe the kb article offers a way to clear the "error" that causes the Summary to appear.
