Quicken Launcher has quit responding etc.

Hi All,

I am new to Quicken and am trying to run Quicken 2008 Premire on my computer. (Windows Vista Ultimate) I am getting the error in the subject. I've talked to support and tried everything that they suggested without any luck. I created a new administrator account per their instruction - after deleteing quicken with the UIclean tool (followed instrucktion exactly) and installed it again in the new account - seem to work ok for a while then error occured again. Talked with support on chat - he had me delete all my printer drivers - uninstall - then install to a new folder - then add my printer back - again worked ok for a while then error occured. Again to support - had me uninstall again with the tool - delete all shared folders (same as I'd done before) - create a new folder and installed again - worked for a while - then error again. I validated the file (had done that with all the above - no problems (it was a new file - with just the transaction my bank had on their web site so really didn't expect any problem there and none was reported. I have a duel core quad 4 processor - 2 gigs of memory - and a nvidia video card 7600 GS - tried the laterst driver for it - still got error - tried some of the older drivers - no help. I'm pulling my hair out here. Can anyone help. I've read through all the suggestion in the quicken for windows forum and see it's happened to others - didn't see any fixes - not any that worked for me anyway. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help. Oh forgot to mention - don't have a Logitech mouse or keyboard etc - so that suggestion didn't help.
