Not that I know of.
Let's see if we can point you in the right direction: What do you need to do? How many properties? Whose properties? (Are you a PM or the owner?) Do you need importation to a tax prep program?

Wondering if there's a newsgroup dedicated to this application or if this newsgroup covers it.
Anybody have any experience with it? Comments?
Thanks!

John, direct users to the Quicken.com version of the forums.
I just bought a Condo as investment property and wish to keep detailed, long term records on it.

Perhaps.Ordinarily,I do my taxes by hand, not on a PC (gasp!). But depending on several factors,I could wind up using TurboTax in the future.
There's one question that I failed to ask in my original post and that is,is there anything worthwhile that I could do tracking one property in this application that I couldn't do through the establishment of a seperate file on MS Money (another gasp!) and tracking it there?
Thanks!

Since other posters have given you a good link to Intuit's NG, I believe you'll receive the best answers there.
If you plan on purchasing other rental props, be aware that this ap has a recommended limit of 10 props.
I track many rentals using Quicken. I understand that Intuit's PM program has some features that would be clumsy using Q alone, such as tracking maintenance and maintenance calls, applicant status, etc. I use Q in combination with certain MS Office aps to accomplish everything I need.
MS Money should be able to do everything Q does for rentals IF YOU USE SEPARATE FILES, which you say is your intent. In Q, using the same file for rentals as personal finances is not only possible, but desirable under most circumstances.
I have managed two rental properties in both MS Money 2004 & 2005 and Quicken 2005. Managing rental properties can be accomplished without the Intuit Property Management software. There are some things, tracking mileage and calls, etc, that are nice, but I use a spreadsheet for those activities.
