Has anyone used Quicken Rental Property Manager? I have some commercial property and am considering it instead of Quicken Home & Business or in conjunction with it.

Hi, Jerry.
Rick Hess has often posted about his experiences with Quicken and rental properties. But he lives (or lived) in New Orleans and has not been able to participate much here since Hurricane Katrina.
But if you search for messages from him, you should get some insight into the program.
