Quicken won't allow me to select existing account

I have a Capital One Visa account with the account number entered and the institution selected already. I have been using this account for years now and been updating it through QIF. Now they support QFX so I just decided to download it by that method. As soon as Quicken 2008 did the import it told me to select an existing account or create a new one.

Problem is, my Capital One Visa account is not listed in the list of existing accounts. In fact, it seems to be the only one missing. Quicken is trying to apparently force me to create a duplicate of the account under another name but that is ridiculous. How do I force Quicken to recognize that my Capital One account already exists in my list of accounts when it won't show up in the existing account list when doing QFX updates??

Here a thought-

From withing this account in question go ->[Overview] tab ->[Change Online Services] button

Verify that this account is not somehow already activated currently for downloads. De-activate it, if needed. Apparently, Quicken only lists accounts which are not yet "subscribed" for online services.
