OL-297-A error with Fidelity NetBenefits

Apr 06, 2008 6 Replies

Hi all,

I am experiencing online errors trying to connect to my Fidelity 401- k account for last several days. Nothing changed on my end and all troubleshooting did not help wit the problem.

Is anybody else having the same issue?

Thx in advance, YuriW

I see failures also - i haven't looked at the error number. Usual patern is that I do an update of everything in the morning, and get an update report saying fidelity has failed. I press try again and it works.

I had an error earlier today with NetBenefits but it downloaded OK after I retried the download.

There's a thread on this very subject in the Quicken Forum:

ALERT!

Fidelity Netbenefits 401K Account seemed to download fine for me this morning, Friday 4/11. Still missing a few earlier days worth (mon and tue) this week of price shares, but not a big deal. Others still having problems, or is this 'fixed' for you folks too?

In IE, go to Settings>Internet Options>Advanced. In the window that scrolls , scroll to: Security. Uncheck the 6th and 7th options ("check for server c ertificate revocation*" and "check for signatures on downloaded programs") then click okay or apply and restart your browser and Quicken and try again .

I hope that solves your issues. I searched high and low as well as finally getting someone from Quicken support that could give the answer to me.
