After I installed Windows XP SP3, I was no longer able to get Quicken Delux 2007 to update transactions.
Is this a known bug? Is there a fix?

I don't know about it, I'm not running XP right now but you might try the sledgehammer approach....
- Back up your Quicken files to a different partition, flash drive, CD, whatever you use and then delete Quicken completely.
- Reboot.
- Re-install Quicken and see if that fixes it.
Well you'd want to do a better job of describing what "...I was no longer able to..." actually means but... I just upgraded from IE6 to IE7; then immediately following that from XP SP2 to SP3 and I've had no problems w/Q06Dlx. Geo.
