I was having problems earlier this afternoon, but it seems to be ok right now at 4:50pm PDT.
It wasn't responding at all earlier.
Now it responds, but closes immediately without downloading anything or reporting any errors.
Correction (Q2005DLX):
Selecting "Update" from the toolbar returns nothing.
Selecting "Download Quotes" from the "Investing Center" works as expected.
Interesting. hmm, guess I forgot to mention I always use "download Quotes" from "Investing Center" (wasn't even aware of the toolbar option!) and that I use Q2007dlx.

The "update" button on the toolbar provides the only interface that I know of to get info from my investment accounts downloaded; the dialog has the places to enter the passwords.
