I finally paid a visit to ST in person while I was in the area to meet some of the people I had been working with on the phone. They were interested in hearing of any complaints about their website, etc, so I described the problem with direct connect downloads to them (some transactions they call financial transactions do not download - Divs, deposits, etc.) The guys in the office were not familiar with Quicken but were able to follow up and describe the problem to their technical people and verify that this was a problem. When they called the next day, they said that it will be worked on and should be fixed by 1st Quarter next year.
