When you sell MM shares and the fund sends you a check for the proceeds how do you enter this transaction in Q07? Specifically when asked where the money is to go either into cash account or some other account. If putting in the accounts cash account how do you get it out?

There is no different treatment for the selling of MM fund shares and the shares of any other security.
To tell Quicken "where the money is to go", tell Quicken exactly the same thing you would tell Quicken if you sold any other security.
