I'm using Quicken 2012 deluxe with Windows7 and get the following error message when I try to backup a data file ... resulting in no back up accomplished.......
"AXWIN frame window:qw.exe - ordinal not found"
"The ordinal 459 could not be located in the dynamic link library urlmon.dll"
I've scoured the internet and the Quicken help facility without finding a satisfactory solution.
