Tax free conversion/class B to Class A Mutual fund shares

Is there a "best" way to handle a simple conversion of one class of mutual fund shares to another? The only annoying difference is that I received .002 more shares of the A class shares than I had in the B shares. I can override both the name (to reflect the class) and the symbol and let quicken merge the quotes of the old into the new, but that drops out the history of the conversion (not that I think it matters much) and doesn't take care of this fractional share difference. I don't see an obvious choice on the Quicken action options but from long experience reading this group, I know that some of these oddball transactions can be handled by some combination of the available selections. Suggestions?

Shares Remove B Shares Add A, total cost A = cost of B, purchase date = same dates as B

When you add shares A you use the quantity that you are told not the quantity of B. The total cost and purchase date info come from original shares B.

Since it is a tax free transaction the original purchase date and total cost of B is used for A. When eventually sold that determines long or short term CapG.

It is NOT a name change. B and A are different securities and have different histories and symbols.
