But based on the number of complaints about USAA in the Quicken Community, I'd say you're likely to remain frustrated for a while.

's extremely unlikely that Quicken has anything to do with the online balance being incorrect ... for whatever reason. Quicken has no way to know what the online balance is - except by the $amount sent by the financial institution (though Intuit is also in the loop, I don't think this is on them either).

If it's taken USAA this long and they've not gotten things working, it suggests to me that USAA is still on the downward spiral they began several years ago.
