USAA Duplicate OSU Downloads

Ever since USAA migrated to their new system a week or so ago, I've been getting duplicate transactions downloaded in OSU. Usually a day or so apart. Easy enough to delete them, but annoying.

I've had no problems at all with my USAA downloads since the change (checking, savings, CD's, credit card). All my USAA accounts have always used the Direct Connect "Connection Method".

One way to get duplicates is to switch from Express Web Connect to Direct Connect or vice versa. If you stick with such a change, the duplicates should cease in time.

If you continue to get duplicates, I suggest you accept at least one of them (you can always delete it later) and check its "Downloaded ID" (*) against the Downloaded ID of the already existing transaction. If the ID's are the same, Quicken is not doing its job; if the ID's are different, then either USAA is not doing its job or switching Connection Methods has caused the problem.
