Vanguard Download Direct Connect

Everytime I download from Vanguard and have new transactions to accept, I have the following problem: 65523 Transactions (may not alway be the same number but close) not received into the register (after I have accepted all of the transactions listed in the download - tonight 13 transactions).

Therefore, I am not able to reconcile the Share Balance to the Quicken Account via Online Center. I have to validate the transaction file, which indicates there is missing transactions and resets the count to Zero. I am not an Active Trader.....and when I run the validate, I reconcile and I am fine (adjusting for Vanguards rounding issues in my

401K to make sure I am under 1/1000 of a share rounding). I there a way to reset this count outside of validate?

I run Q07P and to the best of my knowledge the problem started occuring in this version. I updated from Q06P.
