I just opened a Wachovia checking account expecting to get Quicken bill pay. No luck. They have stopped registering new account for bill pay. Download does work. No word on what's going on, or when if ever that might change.

Have you discussed this with your branch manager? You might ask how Wachovia is compensating you for denying service they provide to other customers. If enough customers complain and/or move to another bank, they might get the message.
