(hopefully simple) 2007 Stimulus question - not received in 08, claim in 09?

Hi all,

In 2008 I did not receive any stimulus payment. I've never received one. I understand there isn't one in 09 for the 08 year, but the 07 one i was supposed to get in 08 would sure be nice ... $600 or so?

I never got that check though. According to everything on IRS.gov, i qualify. I spoke with a nice man at H&R Block who said i could just add on $600 to what i'm asking the IRS to give me back from 08 when i file my taxes this year. Is that right? If so, how do i do that?

"dear uncle sam - i am claiming a refund of $X + $600 from 2007 that you never gave me. fork it over"

^ probably not the way, right?

Thanks,
