Am I too late to sue?

Someone defaulted on a contract with my business last April for 750 and because of a (now left) member of staff's inefficiency it was not spotted and misfiled.

Am I too late now sending the invoice and expecting prompt settlement?

If you leave it over 6 years it becomes "time barred" to get the invoice off asap.

Settlement should be in line with your T&Cs.
