How do I find out if someone has CCJ's

The headline says it?

Is there any online database or other means of finding out. Just been done by a person for 3,000 and found out after the event he has a string of outstanding CCJ's.

I was thinking of making this check before I do business with anyone .

However, as long as a bad debtor doesn't have a judgement against him, or if he settles it within a month of the judgement, you won't be any the wiser. You may want to consider a proper credit check if it's warranted.

The Registry Trust for £4.50. Link on my webpage

Thanks for link. Shame it is not an immediate online service.

I often need Land Registry enquiries and they have an instant online service for 2.

Hey but thanks for reply.
