Who is the best CC in terms of completing chargebacks for the consumer. HSBC thinks it is above the law and fails to realise the existence of the consumer credit act , and thus trying to absolve liability.

Who is the best CC in terms of completing chargebacks for the consumer. HSBC thinks it is above the law and fails to realise the existence of the consumer credit act , and thus trying to absolve liability.
Where I work - we get hammered by more chargebacks from LloydsTSB than any other bank.
I'm not sure whether all these chargebacks are passed back to the customer - I persononally think they chargeback the retailer and keep the money in order to boost their profits even further.

I have had great service from Marbles. Had a few dodgy internet transactions (low value) that they have just reversed out with no hassle at all. DOnt know if it would be an issue for a high value transaction but so far I am
