BNP makes Westminster go all prissy

As they have been democratically elected any such action will give BNP an arsenalfull of ammunition

Surely this sort of behaviour will just entice more people to vote BNP - I mean FFS this is meant to be a democracy, all this talk of other politicians not co-operating with the BNP, if that's the case they should be locked up.

Enough people voted for BNP or UKIP etc because they prefer their policies to the other parties. Big hint if you are losing market share to a competitor, then you are doing something wrong. Don't try and weasle the competitor out, find out why people are choosing them and adapt your own policies.

wasn't there a similar situation when the Sinn Fein MPs were elected in the 70s (Bernardette Devlin ?) ISTR a court case which ruled that the HoC was entitled to determine it's own rules ....

on the topic of bating and the BNP,

our local paper carries an article written by our Lib Dem MP where he slams the voters who voted for the BNP party, calling them racist or ignorant. He calls the BNP a bunch of thugs and says there is no place for them in democratic politics.

This very same married with children Lib Dem MP, a year or so back, was having some extra marital sex.....with a man and that brings me back to the bating.......for the other side. I wonder if that went on his expenses.

I'm not for the BNP at all but doesn't all this moaning make a mockery of democracy?

My favourite BNP quote comes from the sadly departed comedienne Linda Smith, ang goes something like "It's not the oxygen of publicity I want these people deprived of - it's the oxygen of oxygen!"
