Accept All does not accept all?

I download data from my broker into Quicken. After downloading I like to click on "Accept All" to accept all the transactions. (I check them later, but this clears the red flag by the account). However I noticed that "Accept All" causes Quicken to accept all the "Bought" transactions but none of the "Sold" transactions. I then have to individually accept each sold transaction. 90% of the time these sold transactions are not asking for which lot or anything other than my individually clicking on the "Accept" button.

How can I make Quicken automatically accept the sold transactions just like it automatically accepts the "bought" transactions when I click on "Accept All"?

Hmmmmm,

My copy of Quicken Premier 2006 accepts both "bought" & "sold" transactions when I click on "accept all".........

That is why I asked. I think in my case it needs to ask which lot to use for the sale. Mybe there is a setting that tells Quicken to ignore lots in sales and use the oldest one first. But I have not found that setting to change it.

I very rarely do an "accept all", but I happened to do one recently in an investment account containing mutual funds in Quicken Premier 2004. It did not accept the "sold" transactions and popped up a message saying that there was additional information needed for those transactions. When I went to accept them one by one, I was asked to specify the lots that were being sold. I think it likely that if I had previously specified that I was using the "average cost" method I would not be asked to specify lots, and "accept all" would have accepted the sells as well as the buys. Is it possible that you are using the average cost method?
