Downloaded Transaction Limbo

I am using Quicken Deluxe 2007. I have been successfully downloading my transactions from Discover in this and prior Quicken versions. Today I tried to add downloading from Chase (not knowing that apparently they don't download directly). I downloaded the WebConnect file from the Chase.com site and got a red flag notation on my account list. I then did a one-step update and got a red flag notation for Discover on my account list. A mouse over the red flag shows "you have transactions to review" on both Chase and Discover accounts. When I click on either of those accounts in the Account Bar/ Cash Flow Center, there are no transactions to "match". However, these transactions do show in the Online/Online Center window for the respective accounts. How do I get the transactions to my Cash Flow Center account window so I can match/accept or delete them?

Been there, done that. The solution I was given and that even worked was to go to the "online center" itself (menu item under online), and do the update for the offending account(s) from there via "update/send" one by one. That cleared my flags.

I have a Chase card that does direct downloads from Chase.
