red transaction flag is missing on downloaded transactions

Using QW Premier 2009 R2.

Connecting to HSBC via web connect, downloading transactions, but the red flag does not appear. There are transactions to review, however. Just no flag indicator. Thoughts? Deactivate, then reactivate?

No certain if you can see the transactions or not. Sometimes there is a problem with Quicken refreshing. The only way I know how to do this is to exit the app and come back in. However, you don't really have to do that. Just go to Online Center and search for HSBC. You should see the transactions there and you can begin the review and accepting process.
