Can anyone reccomend a uk based share dealing site? Or any to avoid?

Thanks, I'm with barclays. And have recently put some of my holdings in an ISA the cost of doing so will far out weigh any benefits. In addition they are charging £30 annually to adminster a mini ISA! Am looking for alternative also.

Try Hargreaves Lansdown for decent service, but I doubt they are the cheapest. You get a kickback from them on UTs and similar, but nothing for holding shares.
