Hi If I cancel my cc can I still go to them and make a claim under section 75 at a later date or should I just leave the account dormant? I am leaving smile as they have now removed the cash back element from their card. I've also noticed that as the years have gone buy they have slowly reduced their interest rates from all of their savings and current accounts, so I'm off completely.
