Is anyone aware of a UK bank that offers a Credit Card in US dollars instead of GBP Sterling?
Citibank UK have sent me an application form for one but I'm looking for others in case I get rejected.

I assume you must have an existing dollar cheque book account. If it is not with Citibank, then try your existing US$ bankers.
