Grateful for any guidance anyone can proffer relating to a long-defunct [think it was 'struck-off' by Companies House] UK Limited Company, the bank account of which I've only recently got round to closing-down. The Bank has written to me reminding me of the 'Fixed and Floating Charge' they'd once had relating to an overdraft arrangement and advising me now to submit a 'Memorandum of Satisfaction' to Companies House to cancel the entry in the Register of Charges.
- in view of the presently-defunct state of this Company, do I need to bother doing this ?
TIA
David
