Following on from my posted titled 'Help with direct debit' posted a coupel of days ago
I called up Natwest and she said she would pay me back the 60 that CPW took 'in error' - she did explain that all it will take from CPW is a slight disagreement and they will give them the money back again - whatst the poitn - surley every company will dispute such a situation
I did explain to her clearly why I think I should get my money and how CPW broke the DD agreement - but it may just come down to me v CPW and who they believe (CPW employee told me contract was finished when I paid off 6 months in advance - but apparently I had to write in a letter for cancellation)......hmm will see what happens....
