are we too late to lodge a complaint about our endownment policy,we dragged it out the other day and were horrified to discover it dosn't finish till 10 yrs after we retire,can you tell us how we go about it,are there any forms we should get etc,many thanks

Here is a link to the Financial Services Authority website. It contains a link to their leaflet (pdf format) on how to make a complaint against a financial services firm.
Before approaching the FSA, you need to have spoken to the company that sold you the policy & gone through the complaints procedure. The leaflet's pretty good.
