I'm wondering how can i get bank account in UK bank and debit card assigned to it.

Does anyone know?

I forgot to say that i'm not UK resident and don't have opportunity to travel to UK and do it locally.

I think that you will be very lucky to do this.

Banks want two forms of ID showing your UK address and as you haven't got a UK address......

A Channel Islands based offshore bank might be able to help you. My understanding is that they have UK clearing access, and a debit card shouldnt be a problem.

You might want to check that it is not illegal in Bulgaria to have an account with a foreign bank.

They don't necessarily want a UK address. I live overseas and have opened accounts with UK banks recently. Proof of an overseas address, together with proof of identification seems to be quite acceptable to them.

ount with a foreign bank.

It's legal there are some people with similar accounts.

I think some UK banks will operate an offshore account. The offshore account may not be on the same terms, however, as a UK resident would get. Of course you will have to give proof of identity etc. Try looking on websites of the major UK banks.
