Has anyone else been aving problems with Halifax Online in the last few days?
Its been very slow to log in...
Seems OK today, but "My portfolio" was missing info the last couple of days.
I have been finding it nearly unusable during the past few weeks. The login sometimes takes 15-20 minutes and by the time the portfolio is displayed the connection has timed out so that I need to log in again. On some days this whole procedure takes an hour.
I am on a dial-up connection (no ADSL available :-() but the login never used to take longer than a couple of minutes.
