shaw seems to be a haven for spammers. I'm 'sure' they dont give a f*ck. Pity other ISPs dont just ignore everything that originates from them until they clean up their act.

To complain, email a copy of the original post, with full header information, to each of the following -
Originating ISP (via NNTP-Posting-Host) - snipped-for-privacy@shaw.ca, snipped-for-privacy@sjrb.ca
