Couldn't get SO tarns, on the HQ

Hi All, All POS transactions I get it in the SO, but transactions I have made on the SO I couldn't get it on the HQ.

Such as: PO the SO creating it (I think logically it need HQ approval to check it from the financial point of view) or the RMS give it all to the SO create and issue the PO to supplier.

Is there any option to upload all transactions to HQ
