I opened an Instant Access account with ING last August that had a bonus element for the first year. I contacted them this week to ask for other options. I did not want their Fixed Rate Term account and was surprised when they said that I could close my account and reopen it three days later as a returning customer and get the Bonus Rate again giving 3% interest.
