Intelligent Finance have serious IT issues

DO NOT USE THEM

you will enter a customer service nightmare of lost money etc.

DO NOT USE INTELLIGENT FINANCE

they have been trying to fix one problem involving a large sum of my money for three months

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

their systems are not working correctly

their call center staff have no access to anything and no information

after three months I have managed to escape from the hell

Abbey National have working systems and procedures Bradford and Bingley also OK

DO NOT USE INTELLIGENT FINANCE

As they are part of the Halifax , i'm not suprised . . .

It would be better to provide a proper explanation than a near on incoherent rant.

Did you contact the Financial Servoices Ombudsman? Tom

The Ombudsman has a 9 to 12 month lead time

Intelligent Finance has now offered to backdate interest

but only if I deposit £20,000 with them

I will have still lost 30 days of interest and numerous hours on the telephone

Unfortunately the letter of resolution was so badly written that I believe legally it promises nothing

As a warning to other potential victims - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Bradford and Bingley / Abbey National have given no such problems

Good tip: Always open an online savings account with the minimum balance (usually £1)
