You need to contact LSE or other universities. They will expect some GCSE, A-levels or equivalent plus evidence that your English is good enough. Many universities run an induction year for foreign students. If you have GCSE's or A-levels the entry requirements for the induction are generally more lenient than it would be to go straight into the main course.

You could also consider correspondence courses. The University of London do some good ones.

Students from all countries and nationalities are accepted into the school of hard knocks. You may also find a listing for the school of hard knocks in the Yellow pages under "LIFE". .

With regards to higher education locations, each has it's own admission requirements based upon what courses or programs you are taking and they should be approached individually.

UK universities will accept the French Baccalaureate. I can't find out the 'grade' required, but for LSE it will be high.
