Last week I received a 0 percent offer from abbey/mbna, fee maximum 50 pounds, I transferred a large sum to my egg money account. The statement on line show that they have charged 75 pounds fee, when I rang to complain I was told that the fee on the letter was incorrect, I pointed out that it was only just over a week ago that they had sent the letter, they ungraciously have given me a refund of the excess 25 quid. Good job I kept the letter !!
