AFAIK, this is not possible, unless your spanish bank can process a cc payment request...........
Why not Bal Tfr to Bank Acct and wire funds across to spain?

'Best' being meaningless and 'cheapest' / 'quickest' being contradictory!
Take some money out of an ATM, put it in your UK bank and then wire it there would be quickest. Cheapest would be to by an item on eBay using the credit card, then sell the same item for more to a buyer who paid you in Euros, then hitch hike to Spain and pay the Euros directly into the bank.
