Rich,
Store Ops Admin --> Connect --> DB menu --> Delete transactions

Yes, I just want to remove all POS transactions that we used for testing (sales info and any associated report data that's created)...haven't gone live yet, so don't have any PO activity. I'm reloading all inventory items and quantities via the import utility (see my related post), so should the command per earlier suggestion be okay?

Rich

But doesn't this also remove any and all P.O. activity / transactions? And how about inventory?
Thanks, good info to know! BTW: Are you in the retail / bead business? If so, I'd like to compare notes / share any tips with you on using RMS in this context, if you're interested...let me know and I'll give you my offline contact info or I can contact you at your convenience...
Best regards,

Greetings, my name is Rich Muller --
Below is my contact info, let me know how you'd like to correspond...we just opened up a new store in Fresno, CA this month running RMS on 2 registers...before that no real experience wth POS applications, but I've been doing global networking /IT for the last 20 years (currently on a "sabatical" helping my wife get things going w/ the business), so I'm sure you've got a wealth of knowledge in terms of best practices for the business & IT side of things as it pertains to running a retail bead shop using RMS...look forward to chatting with you.
