Offline Transactions - duplicated

Hi, I have offline db set up on POS and a few days ago it was used when we experienced network hub issues. I have two batches which were opened in offline mode. The first has 49 transaction s and the second has 81. However, the 49 transactions in the first batch are also the first 49 transactions in the second batch! (can be seen in journal viewer). From what I can gather, when the primary db came online, while the transactions were being uploaded/synchronised to main db, the main db became unavailable before the synchronisation was finished. I now have these extra sales in my primary database.

Can anyone tell me how this could have happened and is there a way to both resolve this and prevent it from occuring again.

POS Station - XP SP2 RMS version: 2.0.0115

Hi, This is a problem when offline synchronization is not finished. Check my answer to "problem with differences in data and real item number" posted

13.08.2009. To resolve this you have to check different tables in database and/or delete/update respective data - this is quite complicated process and better let a specialist to do it. To prevent it occurring again - hold your breath during synchronization (hope that Microsoft will develop the software :)).
