Oil has dropped, but fuel still high!

How can they keep on getting away with this sham? On the one hand we are told that the taxman takes the majority of the amount we pay at the pumps, but as the wholesale price of crude oil has dropped to 36 dollars a barrel today - a massive drop from over 147 dollars a barrel a few months ago - fuel companies are still charging a penny below 1.00 for diesel!

The recent comparitively modest decreases in fuel prices at the pumps are nowhere near matching the rate at which the market price of oil has fallen - I don't care that the two aren't necessarily directly linked, but they are bloody-well closely enough linked - any damn fool knows that much!

This is blatant profiteering and somebody in government needs to investigate this probable collusion and sort it out! This situation is an outrage!

someone's got to pay for the wars and the MP's monthly expense claims.

and that's not all we tax payers are will be soon paying for,

I have never been able to afford one yet they will be making me pay towards running the show...

After cyring that the price was couple to oil rises and they couldn't do anything about it, they now want it decoupling for the downward ride. Awful con merchants that are allowed to take our money.
