Is it true 0800s are free once again from mobiles including Orange ED50?

That's great. So it's like the good old days. It must be something like ten years when 0800s stopped being free on Orange.
These days I guess most mobile users have a ton of bundled minutes and these 0800 services don't get used as much.
All 0800 numbers on all SPs went free in July last year.
But back in those days, Orange used to exclude known dial-through's and dial-up ISPs causing some of them to play cat & mouse by changing their access numbers.
Do you remember which year it was when Orange started charging for
0800s?
